@Sonos so bitterly disappointed with the complete lack of after sales care and support. Having spent hundreds of pounds on a system I continue to have glitches and feel it necessary to highlight the worst ever customer support I have experienced.
@VodafoneUK bitterly disappointed with the appalling customer service! I have never been spoken to so rudely with the staff member laughing at my surname. When I do seek goodwill in upgrading none is forthcoming! I shall be moving my 4 lines elsewhere - very disappointing!!
@BritishGas receive a letter telling me to book my homecare service visit online. Find a booking slot, then told cannot book and to call 03330095699 - get an automated message that says no service visits due to Covid! Crazy situation and shocking customer service!!

@SkyHelpTeam Iโve been told it takes 5 days to contact Openreach to look at it. That aside I have been promised a call back, had my number taken by a very helpful staff member in case we got cut off - but then got cut off being transferred and no one called back. #worstcustomerexperience
@SkyUK the worse ever company to deal with. Shocking broadband service. The promise of calls back to help and nothing. I am appalled at your customer service!
@SkyHelpTeam That is not acceptable and not helpful. We have done all of these things and need someone from your technical team to actually take the time to do what they say - which is to call us to fix it. Absolutely shocked that you are suggesting we go down the route of online help again!
