@leeharris@WTSmith17 Really enjoyed this conversation. The couple things that come to my mind are:
Humility- being humble enough to not hold a view on a topic as precious and willing to question it
Curiosity- genuine curiosity to want to find out truth
Caring - the teacher shows this
@BBCBreakfast Always, a short term view. These drugs are not the answer for anything but lining the pockets of big Pharma and leading to a further downward spiral of health. We need to get back to basics - nutrition, movement, sleep and social connection.
@JakeBedolla@hubermanlab In the US 93% of people have heightened CRP levels and suffer from chronic inflamation. This does dramatically effect VD absorption. On the recent HLP with Dr Lustig, he talks about this and how sugar is causing this.
@chrischirp@NewStatesman What about the distinction of who was really at risk - elderly and those with numerous co-morbidities, not the healthy? The unitended consequences of blanket lockdowns on the likes of the young has had drastic long lasting impacts.
Very excited to be speaking with @LearningPool CEO Ben shortly - Ben will be asking me to demystify #AI and #education the impact on learning & the journey to building @ThisIsCentury :)
@I_love_mornings@CrabbBrendan@chrischirp Do you maybe think that it could be the new headlines that are vague but use words like 'immense concern' that could be driving it...🤔
@MamaSitaa__ You should try slow nasal breathing to control hear rate / HRV. Here is short session. Pop the ear phones on, sit back and relax. I hope and pray that you recover 🙏🏻

@GeorgeMayer@awrichner It’s not rocket science, we’re social beings wired to be in relationship and community. In person activity is pivotal to building trust and and instilling purpose. Sitting behind a veiled screen all the time makes it extremely difficult.
