Zero coaching messages going on the field at all from the coaches. Players encouraged in training to use natural breaks in the game to talk and problem solve. Training mirrors game time. Train for the demands of the game. I feel coach’s have become the hand-breaks

The player who made the break finishes and scores. Training games based around rewarding off ball behaviours and second and third touches. What does your next interaction look like? Support the ball, keep the ball alive, purposeful communication!
