The Hon Commissioner @YayiPhoebe welcomed and was present along side other senior Government officials as His Excellency @ubasanius, performed the Groundbreaking Ceremony for the re-construction of the 21.95KM road from Madauchi to Kafanchan through Madakiya, including a spur to Matsirga waterfalls, linking Jema’a to Zango Kataf LGA in Kafanchan Municipal Area.

The Hon Commissioner @YayiPhoebe calls on all residents in the Municipality to support this initiative by keeping their immediate environment clean, and also to call the Municipal Authority Waste Management Department on [phone] to report any collection of waste yet to be evacuated after 24 hours.

The Agro Exhibition offered something for the whole family. Vendors had the opportunity to promote their business during the "Buy my market" segment, allowing vendors introduce and describe their products; a kids tour of the exhibition stalls to learn more about other cultures and fun in the kids section.

The Agro Exhibition also offered besides agro economic education, also vocational promotion with fashion, dance and musical performances.

DAY 2: #KDAGROINVEST welcomed all to the Agro Exhibition showcased agricultural practices, innovations, local foods, variety of products from vendors, farmers from all 13 selected chiefdoms, MSMEs, small-holder farmers, and amongst other companies that were all in attendance.

His Excellency, @ubasanius represented by DCOS Admin, Hon Umar Waziri, declared open the first Kaduna Agro Investment Summit and Exhibition, held in Kafanchan to emphasize that Kaduna holds the key potential to become the Agricultural capital of the nation. The summit organized in collaboration with @InvestKaduna brought together industry experts, policy makers, entrepreneurs, smallholder farmers and other vendors.
