@jackster_007 @BWJacksonX I just went to an info session for medical pathways in uni for high school students. Hardly any white kids around. Who’s holding them back?? It’s a level field. Fact is - they are just not interested!!

@jackster_007 @BWJacksonX Eh they are here because we have a skills shortage list which provides others an opportunity they are free to take. They have options to pick from. May be if we worked harder to fill the gaps internally
