@McDonaldsUK ordered from a local store via app for delivery for arrived by @UberEats and all was stone cold and drinks half empty, after calling etc I’ve been told no refund for a £20+ order! Massively disgusted with this….

@UberEats ordered a mcdelivery which turned up massively late, all food was cold and drinks half empty! Customer support have stated there is nothing they can do but in my opinion that’s not good enough!!!
