don’t know any Dutch, but such a evocative and passionate performance, ft the most beautiful sex scene I’ve ever seen on stage. Has set the bar high for Gig theatre for me forever - I also cried

A prod with vivid colour and harsh set - matching the interesting texture created with a structure fusing opposing tones.

This is it. THE play on grief. Brilliant focused story - not a fan of ending but that’s just me 🤷🏼‍♀️ Proper naturalism sparked with the expressionistic. Acting which keeps you leaning closer and closer. See it.

@TheStage I appreciate this, however due to such huge disparity in funding and opportunity; it would be interesting to know how such comparisons can be made between the biggest, most funded venues, against the smallest and unsubsidised ones.

In an industry which claims to acknowledge the roots of many great shows being in fringe venues… it’s a shame @TheStage has chosen to neglect this by not including ‘Fringe Theatre of the Year’ in its categories for the Stage Awards 2025.
Or am I missing something?
