Anecdotally—if I have a week out of my normal routine, am traveling a lot etc.—my posture visibly suffers.
It used to suck. Was really bad in my late 20s. I completely changed it.
Your posture isn’t the only thing that’s reversible.
Another note: you’d be surprised how quickly your posture can change.
While building muscle takes time, the way you use your body day-to-day makes a big difference.
