Even in non emergency stations such OPDs, doctors work from 8:00 AM till 3:00 PM without a break while tolerating immense patient flow. Demand for a pay raise is justified by all means.

1 full year salary of a Pakistani house officer

Pakistan house officer:
PKR 69,600/month
= PKR 835,200/year

UK/Australia basic monthly doctor pay, when converted to PKR, can cross this yearly amount.

This is not fair pay.
