@SpiceJet Extremely disappointed with my experience on a Patna–Mumbai flight today. At the boarding gate, I was asked to weigh my cabin baggage and charged ₹1,500 for merely 2 kg excess weight. The very same bag has been accepted on IndiGo and other airlines very recently.
