@sumanthraman Sanskrit was first brought to China over 2,000 years ago
with Buddhism, deeply influencing Chinese vocabulary and cultural traditions.
Many Sanskrit texts and commentaries have been lost in India but are preserved in Chinese translations, thanks to Chinese Sanskrit scholarship.

Clarify that Hindi study on voluntary basis is no waste. Visit Dakshin Bharat Hindi Prachar Sabha ;speak a few words in Hindi.

@trramesh Trivandrum and Chidambaram are some famous examples of preservation of assets and customs by private trustees. Government temples are liable to be infiltrated by all types of profit-seeking persons who win the trust of Government by earning profits and then milking the assets.

Small lakes can be created in the elevated arid Western districts. Such lakes could be kept alive by trees all around, like oasis. We have a legacy of such lakes like மாங்குளம், ஆலங்குளம், வேப்பங்குளம், பனங்குளம்etc.

@sumanthraman TN's peculiar coastal geography, upto 200 KM of flat land at less than 20 feet above sea level makes it a "high rainfall desert". Like Shillong with 200 cm rainfall where water taps go dry on some days.
Rainwater harvesting needs maintenance. Desalination is the only way.

@sumanthraman Such super-expensive essential service projects should not stop with foundation stone like so many projects. Implementation should be monitored quantitatively and qualitatively . On completion, the water should be fed to the supply grid and NOT THROUGH PRIVATE WATER LORRIES.

@TVKVijayHQ Teachers shape future generations . Most TN college/School /private teachers say teaching was not their chosen career. Students are miserable because teachers are unable to explain/elaborate , especially Maths, English, Tamil lessons. Ongoing refresher program needed.

@SuVe4Madurai Communists have exposed their anti-Hindu stand by their initiative to eradicate Sanatana. They don't want to support attempt to clean up Vaigai river . It is the sacred river adored in Vedic texts as the place of Matsya (fish) avatara of Vishnu. Fish is the symbol of Pandyas.

@TVKVijayHQ Urgent action needed to establish massive sea water desalination plants to ensure drinking water security.
Forty years ago neglect by Dravidian rulers led to Railways diverting goods traffic to supply water to Chennai in rail tankers.
In 2019 quarry water was tapped.
