@Son0fRobot they did that with me too!! the pain meds should help and the gas pain does subside quickly from what i remember. i also recall the tugging sensation randomly being gone one day when i woke up, so hopefully it’s the same/similar for you!

@Son0fRobot omg if this is post-gallbladder i totally understand. the best things to do are burp/try and walk around to move the gas around (when/if you feel up to it of course) hope you feel better soon! ❤️
