@osavage91 @HollyLynch5@CEButterick@WYP_Halifax A lighter more distanced police presence with the officers joining in the vigil could have been a lovely act of solidarity whilst maintaining order and sending a clear message about where they stand on this issue. The public and the police are supposed to be a team, not at war.
@osavage91 @HollyLynch5@CEButterick@WYP_Halifax If you look at how the BLM protests were handled & last night it’s chalk & cheese. & this was a vigil for a woman allegedly murdered by one of their colleagues. I have great respect for the police, but their response achieved nothing good last night and will leave lasting damage.
@HollyLynch5 Nic was a friend of mine - in death a PC degraded her and her sister’s bodies. Additional powers will not heal the pain women are feeling towards the police right now. Please don’t abstain from the upcoming vote.

A heartwarming story of a young boy born to affluent parents, sent to an elite private school, then Oxford, who got a job in investment banking, before becoming the wealthiest MP in Parliament and voting for policies that plunged millions of working class people into poverty...
I open my inbox this morning and the 1st message I read: another struggling and close to the edge. Thinking that suicide is the only way out. This has got to stop and it can stop @RishiSunak please include the excluded. I fear March budget will be too late for some. #ExcludedUK
@LouiseKenrick@gypsyjohale@ExcludedUK@RishiSunak@GMB@guardian@Telegraph@BBCNews That’s exactly my concern. I’m not personally a victim of this but I’ve noticed A LOT of stories pop up in the last week or two, which suggests a policy change to me. A government targeting it’s most vocal critics used to have another name...
Lots of stories from @ExcludedUK re: HMRC chasing for ‘overpayments’ dating back over a decade. Citizens who have now been abandoned for 11mths by @RishiSunak@GMB@guardian@Telegraph@BBCNews who’s reporting on this advancement from cruel to predatory behaviour?

Spoke to a mate who is one of the 1.8 million #ExcludedUK self employed people.
He said how infuriating he found it when Ministers answer questions about those excluded by announcing what they've done for those who are covered.
Hope he didn't see @BorisJohnson answer at #PMQs
