@virginmedia Its is a demand letter for an outstanding payment. All I want is to see why after 10 months this is being asked for to resolve. However we hit a wall in doing this when customer care need to speak to someone who is very vulnerable with diminished cognition
@virginmedia trying to resolve an issue on an account closed 10 months. Random demand letter received for a relative with dementia, tried to speak to someone about this and I've explained we don't have memorial info. I can provide every other detail apart from the memorial info
Is essential. I am a loss as to what more I can do to get this resolved as the subsequent demand letters will cause distress to someone so vulnerable. The lack of compassion is absolutely ridiculous. There has to be a protocol for this situation
However that doesn't seem to be enough. The customer 'care' asked for me to put the relative on the phone so he can tell them as he will remember it. I have explained on numerous occasions during this phone call the distress this would cause but apparently the memorial info
