@RoyalMail we havenβt received any post this week in BS13, but the service update is saying everything is running as usual. I have something that was sent with next day delivery, 4 days later and I still havenβt received it! What is going on?
@CostaCoffee just got a Terryβs orange hot chocolate to take away from your imperial Bristol store and they decided to only half full my cup. Also I doesnβt even look appetising. At least they gave me a full cappuccino. Wish I had checked before I drove home!

@mattplanty Hassle them via social media, thatβs what we had to do! When they do get in touch, demand a date or a refund. Otherwise you will just continue to get messed around!
