My order was meant to be delivered today and I've checked tracking and you dispatched it yesterday at 5:30pm to ROYAL MAIL. it's not getting there today is it...obviously @hauteflorist

Can't get in touch with customer service, had no replies back. I'm not impressed.

@KarenHair_UK This is what I'm dreading. Saw a Facebook post from a girl who said her dog had attacked a neighbour's dog the other day and that she's scared to take it off the lead. Well don't take it off the lead then. Honestly some people need educating 🙄
