@CEEWIndia Good idea ! Just that rather than waiving bills, a DBT or Cashback voucher mechanism can be adopted. Inculcating regular payment behavior among rural customers is a challenging task. Blanket waive offs though easy to implement will undermine the efforts Discoms have taken.

@Airtel_Presence Based on suggestion of your Airtel experience advisor on 28.02.2020, the Prime was unsubscribed. I had taken Prime Membership on 6th January 2020 myself. So extension through Airtel was not needed which was automatically done on 27.02.2020.
@Airtel_Presence I received the Bill for February and Amazon Prime subscription had been charged to me despite me unsubscribing the same. In February your advisor had asked to inform in case I am charged so that it can be adjusted. Please adjust my bill.
