Dear Microsoft, your password reset flow is a total mess. In India, SMS codes don't go out at all, and there are no plausible alternatives. This experience is completely unbefitting of a tier one service. Could you look into this on priority? #FAIL@Microsoft@MicrosoftIndia
@airindia This is not a good response at all, @airindia. We are 100+ people stuck here and you’re sending boilerplate responses. Please immediately arrange to have all flyers brought to the boarding area. The airplane seems to be not in a position to fly, so please arrange an alternative.
