@CanadianTire I was not. Took 20 mins just to talk to an agent. My car finally left the parking lot. Only another hour or so to wait. Dont think I will be using @CanadianTire to get my vehicles serviced going forward if this is the service I can expect.

@AmazonHelp Not trying to be rude, I've explained this numerous times to your customer service team. I always have to start from the beginning, which is part of the problem. I simply want closure at this point and want Amazon customers to understand your sketchy delivery policy.

@AmazonHelp Yes, steps were taken. This happened to me last year a few times. We live in a newer subdivision and have explained to CS that this needs to be investigated. Now I'm out hundreds of $$$ and all I get is the same copy/paste templated replies.

@AmazonHelp An item worth over $300 was left on my doorstep without a signature and is missing. I spend thousands of dollars at Amazon every year and being treated like a thief. It's not even the money at this point. You guys can't leave expensive items at peoples doorsteps without consent.
