This version improves the main thing users rely on it for: telling Focus AI what they are working on, then having distractions blocked before they pull them away.

The absolute dumbest worst-case scenario out of this is restoring access to US citizens only.

The people who want to do harm with these models will find ways around those restrictions.

The safest thing is a full global restoration.
