chasing a refund application for a premium service never used, charged by website for premium just to book a standard appointment. 8 months now with little hope. Ukvi sent me survey in which I have clearly mentioned all my concerns.

@vfsglobalcare 8 months down I still haven't heard anything about my refund nor have you given me contact details of any higher officials. Clearly you have resorted to delay tactics as your intentions have deviated that's how you scam people's hard earned money to feed your kids.
