@ShowcaseCinemas Customers are looking for a good experience, neither compensation nor insult. We just told staff that recliner is not working and wanted non interrupted movie experience. We do expect basic courtesy from the managers. Really spoilt our evening in the end.

@ShowcaseCinemas Apologised and said that a manager shall come and offer compensation. No one came. Once movie was finished, we told this to a staff member who sent a manager, Robin who just told us that seats were working fine. Why is your team so uncaring, not bothered and careless?

@ShowcaseCinemas Just had a most disrespectful and embarrassing behaviour from Manager at Showcase Bluewater. The recliner seat was not working and requested the staff manning the entry to look into this. Staff came to check and confirmed the same after checking. Could not offer a replacement.

@Morrisons Can you please try to improve staff behaviour at customer service. Totally unhelpful and cold. This is the reason we discontinued buying from @Morrisons. Unfortunately the accessibility and product availability forces us to shop here. It will be nice to have good staff
