@JioMart_Support These things should have been done by the customer support itself, I shouldn't have faced any hassle. Please make sure that refund should be done without any hassle.

I placed an order from JioMart on 28th April. Till today neither I got the delivery nor I got any resolution after raising complain from the customer support & the escalation team. They just gave me a TAT for 5 WD. Who wait for groceries for weeks…? @JioMart_Support @JioMart
