For order ID 182162641468290048_1, I was charged 172 as return charges. The return reason is : Size correct but too loose . This is a false reason, because the product I delivered does not depend on size.

It is a body massager, and even when it was returned, it was in proper working condition. Despite this, I had to bear the return charges. I kindly request you to process a refund of these charges at the earliest.

Instead of watches, I received a ladies dupatta, while both watches were missing. When I tried to raise a complaint regarding this, I faced an error. I request you to kindly resolve this issue at the earliest and either refund my amount or my original products.
