@AmazonHelp Yes, never got to the stage where delivery was attmptd. No pin. No call. Shows "arriving" "with courier" & then "returning" "refund processed" ... 3 monitors & other shipments. Back to back. No one seems to be spotting pattern. Agent says "damaged" .. 8 shipments at one station?

@amazonIN shockingly bad customer support from large applncs team. Order# 407-9189246-2978722 defective & schdled for return pick up 4/5 times. Nothing happens. Agents promise personal follow up, call back. Again nothing. 2 weeks. Put on hold for 30 mins +. Frustrated customer!!
