Mayer Multiple:
On 7 prior occasions it has crossed up over 1.04.
Five were decent buy signals.
Two were poor buy signals but they were immediately followed by a cross down back below 1.04.
It recently crossed up for the 8th time.
Where to?
The number of #bitcoin traded has been declining since the beginning of the year, suggesting this rally, like the one in February, might not be sustainable.
To address a lot of tags I’m getting:
- Alameda is obviously buying FTT right now, I never thought we’d see a dip like this vs. the market again, best trade I know of.
- If Alameda *were* to be intentionally putting on an aggro FTT position, Binance isn’t where we’d do it.
Historically we had several dips of PM below 0.5, and several bounces. This is the "first" one for now. Interesting for real. #BTC https://t.co/dXcNLOlfrW
@MacnBTC Unfortunateley, diminishing returns model shows that each new "cycle" has less volatility than the previous one. This makes a "repeat" of the previous halving period unlikely. So maybe we will see 100k BTC by 2024, not earlier. And even this outcome is not guaranteed
Someone asked me to look at $XVG. Not having any, but this confluence of support levels is interesting. If it holds this time (unlike 2018) we can talk about the retest of $0.05
