@dirsigler Depends on context and situation. Even though I don't like Helm, sometimes it is really easy to adapt if you use it for simple tasks.

Kustomize is a powerful tool, but in my experience, it's not easy for most dev teams to adapt. Not a fan of using it directly, but I loved using it as part of platform automation. It feels like it was meant to be used that way.
