@dutweets After a long and painfull process I terminated my services and received a confirmation of that action..... without any identifying information such as the terminated account number. Is this a ploy to male it impossible to prove that I did so? What lack of competence!
@dutweets Can you please please please fix your IT systems so I can use the self service channels! Visual IVR doesnt work; IVR doesnt recognize inputs; staff doesnt know how to provide service and gives wrong information. What a disaster.

@tod_tv Apple TV app crashes and you are not fixing it. There is only one customer service channel which is email and no one responds. It is great to be a monopoly. you can take people'e money, deliver horrific service and there is nothing they can do!!
@_dutelecom_ given you are a telcom it is amazing how often customers expereince dropped calls when calling your 800 number! is that a way of avoiding speaking to customers or your special sauce for ensuring customer dissatisfaction. if so it is working brilliantly

@DuTelecom if you are going to put unsubscribe links in the email you send they should work. The fact that something this basic doesn't work explains why so much else does not work
