if you're a UGC creator and you're not getting hired this is probably why.

I scroll through platforms like @sideshift_app every single week sourcing creators for CFN Studio and our clients.

and before I even click on your profile I've already made a decision about you.
it takes about 2 seconds.

look at these two creators.

the one on the left is getting hired. every time. and it comes down to two things only.

a clear full face photo in good quality and a full name.
that's it.

no blurry selfie.
no logo.
no random username.

just a real person who looks like someone a brand can trust.

both creators might have incredible videos. both might be super talented. but if your profile photo looks like it was taken in 2012 and your name is "contentcreator67" I'm already gone.

once the profile is clean then yes your videos matter. If you don't have good videos yet go do free work for brands you like until you do. build the portfolio before you expect to get paid.

then add the companies you've worked with, good profile photo. full name. strong videos. brand experience.

that's the full package that gets you hired consistently.
most creators are losing deals before anyone even watches their content.
