@Missamerica0614@FoxyLocks I was asked to send them back when I first complained but I had an event so couldn’t. Then they told me last week that there’s a 3 month warranty period, but no one mentioned this before that time had passed (just days too) don’t seem to care too much if you’re not an influencer
….customer I’ll happily say this is a new issue, previous sets have lasted over a year. In fact my last set are better and are months older than these! Any help with other brands truly appreciated, I just don’t know want to take the risk again. TIA 🫶🏼 2/2
