@monzo hey, thinking about making the move from plus to Perks. Interested how the annual railcard works if Perks has the option to cancel anytime. Is the card somehow linked to my Monzo account and will become invalid if I cancel Perks? Thanks

@nationalrailenq My only option upon finding I could not carry on to Euston was to turn around and return to a family home before I missed the last tube trains back. Presumably no one will be held accountable for this and I’ll end up losing money, making it clear I should’ve just driven instead

@nationalrailenq I was booked on 23.30 London Euston train to Wolverhampton, however an incident at Euston station meant I was unable to get to Euston by Tube and I missed my train - is there anything that can be done? Thanks

@lambeth_council I have called but told there are known IT issues and I need to email screenshots. I’ve been told that I could appeal if I get a PCN but also ‘to play it safe’ I can buy visitor permits. I would rather know for sure if I can appeal, I don’t think this is the greatest advice.

@O2academybrix hi I’m looking at tickets for the rock orchestra on 14th Oct. My friends bought ‘unreserved balcony seating’ in eventbrite but that allocation is now sold out. If I buy ‘unreserved circle seating’ on ticketmaster will I be able to sit in the same area? Thanks!
