Flagged it and YT took that shit down immediately. He begged me to remove the claim. Insane bro.

Sometimes I'm so sure that I know the A/B test results before running it.

But sometimes my favorite packaging just loses and I realise it's always worth testing the other different angles.

I listen to podcasts by other founders in this space, like media companies who exited for $100M+. I make notes, get inspired.
I watch my old videos, analyse them.
I go from creating to consuming.

YouTube’s ranking is so overrated.

This vid started as a 10/10.

Heartbreaking.

This was my first ever NFL athlete on the channel. I wanted it to be special.

For a week straight, I did nothing but work on this 10 min vid.

2 weeks later, it’s cooking.

@PaddyG96 Your advice is to come up with like 20 thumbs/titles per vid.

I turned that into a habit. It’s amazing.

But everytime, it’s extremely hard to decide which one to chose. So ofcourse I A/B test, YT picks a winner, and I test again. But when does it stop? Should I just test all?
