Would not recommend tearing your ACL and meniscus…now 48hours post surgery and the pain is up there 😅 my ice wrap is my bestie right now! #aclreconstruction #meniscus

@ChickzWithKickz You deffo worry more as you get older you’re right there! What hospital are you going too? Yeah I left at 4pm the same day :) I was second on the list so it was all go once I got to the hospital. Was very glad to be out and home the same day xx

@ChickzWithKickz So frustrating having to wait so long on the nhs! I was wheeled down to the anesthetist just after 9.15am and woke up in recovery at 11.30am. So didn’t take long at all. Don’t worry about being out to sleep, they distract you so well you don’t know it’s happening xx
