One of the most dangerous forms of emotional exhaustion is spending your entire life explaining yourself to someone who has already decided not to understand you.
You justify your intentions, defend your position, and retell the whole story from the beginning, while the other person is not actually looking for the truth.
They want you to stay busy defending yourself instead of moving forward.
And this is where the deception becomes clear:
Some people do not ask questions to understand you; they ask to drain you through endless explanations. They constantly place you in the position of the accused, until you begin questioning facts you once knew with certainty.
Speak when your words can make a difference, and explain yourself when someone is genuinely seeking the truth…
But do not turn your life into an open courtroom for everyone who misunderstood you or deliberately distorted your image.
The energy you waste proving that you have not fallen—invest it in building something that makes you harder to bring down.
Build your awareness,
your boundaries,
your position,
and your independence from people’s applause and approval.
A fortress does not spend its life explaining to the stones why it was built.
It is enough that it remains standing when the storm comes.
I need your help to buy food for my family of 5. You are the ones helping us survive. You are the ones who give us hope. Please, don’t scroll past this. We are struggling to survive every day. Any support, no matter how small, can help us get food today.

O Allah, bless me with a righteous husband and a son who will shake the pulpits as he calls people to the Qur’an and Sunnah, and whose prostration shakes the earth as he prays for me to enter Paradise

Personally, I’ve been through some truly painful experiences. Imagine feeling deeply guilty even when you accidentally step on an ant. 🐜 Perhaps some people might think, from the roughness of my tweets, that I’m a violent person. Quite the
Today, I received an official notice from X stating that the UAE Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority reported my account, claiming that some of my posts violate UAE laws.
X has not removed the content or taken any action against it at this time.
I’m sharing this for transparency and clarification. I will continue to express my views and positions clearly, without backing down simply because I have been reported or subjected to pressure.
A significant part of what people will be held accountable for on the Day of Judgment will be what could be called “silent violence”…
Psychological harm, resentment, envy, working behind someone’s back, harboring evil intentions, hatred, negative assumptions, and, in general, what is hidden within the hearts.
The surprising thing is that what we conceal within ourselves—our intentions and feelings—is something Allah may hold us accountable for as He wills subhanahu wa Taala
“If you reveal what is within yourselves or conceal it, Allah will bring you to account for it.”
That is why one of the reasons for salvation on the Day of Judgment is:
“The Day when neither wealth nor children will benefit anyone, except the one who comes to Allah with a sound heart.”
A sound heart alone can be a great means of salvation, while some people whose deeds are like mountains may have them rendered as scattered dust because of the corruption of their hearts and intentions. And there will be others who enter Paradise because of the purity of their hearts and their righteous deeds.
May Allah grant us and you a sound and pure heart
I have paid with years of my life for things I never knew I would one day have to learn.
I did not mature simply because the years passed, but because some situations were far beyond my age, and some disappointments came before I had learned how to face them.
I paid for patience with my peace,
for understanding people with my trust,
for facing reality with my dreams,
and for becoming attached to people who never knew the value of my heart.
I lost things I once thought my life would end without, only to discover that I had been holding on to some of the very things that were hurting me, simply because I was afraid of losing them.
I forgave until I understood that forgiveness does not mean giving trust back. I endured until I learned that patience does not mean accepting injustice. I compromised until I understood that peace bought at the price of dignity is not peace.
And then I discovered the greatest deception:
Sometimes we are raised to believe that being kind means tolerating everything, that loyalty means staying no matter how much we are hurt, and that strength means hiding our pain.
The truth is that a person can destroy themselves while trying to prove that they are a good person.
They were difficult years.
They did not resemble my dreams, and they did not always give me what I worked so hard for.
I came out of some battles defeated.
Some doors were closed in my face.
And some of those I thought would be my support turned out to be part of the test.
I am not someone who romanticizes pain or claims that every loss is a gain. Some losses cannot be replaced, and some wounds leave their mark no matter how much time passes.
But I refuse to let what happened to me become an excuse for what I might become.
I will not justify my cruelty because life was cruel to me.
I will not betray because I was betrayed.
And I will not oppress others because I have experienced oppression.
What would be the value of everything I learned if I came out of the experience as a copy of those who caused me pain?
Today, when I look back, I do not see someone who won every battle. I see someone whom Allah helped survive battles that almost took away who they were.
I did not get the life I imagined, and I did not become the person I once expected to become.
But I became more aware of myself, more protective of my faith and dignity, and less willing to sell my peace of conscience in exchange for people’s approval.
And the greatest thing I took from those years is this:
I no longer ask life to give me back everything it took from me. I simply ask Allah not to let me lose myself in whatever remains of it.
For true strength is not to come out of life without wounds, but to come out of your wounds without becoming the wound that hurts others.
I seek refuge in Allah from reaching the end of one’s strength.
I seek refuge in Allah from becoming completely extinguished within.
O Allah, Turner of hearts, keep our hearts firm upon Your religion and grant us excellence in worshipping You
