In my entrepreneurial journey, I've met many people who pride themselves on their work ethic, often telling me, "Yeah, I'm pretty consistent." When I ask what they mean by consistent, they usually say they do research every day. When I probe further about how long they spend on it, the answers vary: sometimes an hour, sometimes two, sometimes just 30 minutes.

The problem is that many people focus solely on being consistent but neglect growth. They go through the motions every day without striving to improve. It's not enough to just be consistent; we need to aim to be better than we were yesterday. Consistency should be paired with a commitment to growth.
