The idea is to develop a space-based data center satellite, operating entirely on solar energy 24/7, with a target power capacity of ~1 gigawatt or more, requiring no traditional cooling systems and no conventional human maintenance. Instead, it would leverage the space environment itself as an engineering advantage rather than a constraint.

This orbital data center could host:
•Large-scale AI compute infrastructure, delivering low-cost AI services to Earth.
•Cryptocurrency mining systems (e.g., Bitcoin), powered by clean, continuous energy—without burdening terrestrial grids or natural resources.

The objective is not a conventional commercial venture, but a multi-year strategic pilot project—a real-world proof of concept before scaling into far larger orbital infrastructure.

If executed, this would not only be a technological milestone, but a clear signal to current and future generations that the future discussed in interviews is meant to be built, tested, and proven, not merely discussed as inspiration.
