@malpani It’s a private company handling it. The govt officers only sit in counter C for final approval. If administration is privatised, govt staff can be cut by over 50% and efficiency increased by 100%!

Citizens also have a responsibility for maintaining the city. It would be interesting to know who cut the road in the first place!!
