@ThePuneMirror All inspectors in all departments of the Govt behave in the high handed & arrogant manner. There is something called Due Process of Law, which is never followed. The inspectors have no authority to damage private property but they show off their powers!
@mashrujeet This is required not only for the tree to survive but would also help rain water harvesting & also allow free pedestrian movement. Currently with footpaths so narrow, they end up concreting around the trunk. No water can percolate to the roots resulting in falling trees.

@sanjaynirupam Decentralised RWH & grey water recycling is the way to go! Over 50% of the water requirement can be met due to this. Even on roads, the run-off water can be channelised to underground aquifers. But we allow all the water to go into the sea & plan to put up desalination plants!!
@SrBachchan Ramchandra ji's 14 years' forest exile is just over since He said this through your tweet. Are we now in Kaliyug finally?
You blindly supported the strong opposition then but now is the time when opposition is weak, influencers like you should speak up!

@singalromil@RShivshankar@rajivjournalist That is the reason, but what was being done to mitigate. The merchandise trade imbalance grew from -$102bn in FY 21 to -$283bn in FY25 despite lower crude prices. The services exports haven't increased to bridge the gap. Essentially caught napping!
