डॉक्टर्स अपनी सुरक्षा के लिए साल दर साल आंदोलन करते हैं, उनके आंदोलनों में अपना समर्थन जाहिर करते हुए अपने कुछ विचार रखना चाहता हूँ. डॉक्टर्स को समझना चाहिए कि उनकी सुरक्षा एक गोल दायरे की लकीर खींचकर नहीं हो सकती. अगर समाज बीमार है तो वे अस्पताल में ही नहीं घर पर भी असुरक्षित हैं.

डॉक्टर्स को आंदोलन करने के साथ साथ प्रगतीशील सरकारें चुनने में
भी अपना सपोर्ट करना चाहिए. लेकिन आम दिनों में अधिकतर डॉक्टर्स संघी हैं, कम से कम जिनसे मैं मिला, उनमें अधिकतर. साल भर लिंचिंग और दंगाई समर्थक सरकार का समर्थन करते हैं., अचानक अपनी सुरक्षा के लिए आंदोलन करने लगते हैं. फिर कमजोर मरीज भी परेशान होते हैं.

डॉक्टर्स को समझना चाहिए कि लोकतंत्र दो दिन का आंदोलन नहीं है बल्कि पांच साल भर, प्रति दिन और प्रति घंटे चलने वाली एक सतत प्रक्रिया है. उन सभी दिनों में डेमोक्रेसी को नुकसान पहुंचाने वाली हर घटना पर आपको अपना मत रखना चाहिए. समाज का हिस्सा होने के रूप में आपका काम सिर्फ सिरिंज लगाना नहीं है, उस सम्मानित काम के अलावा भी आपसे आपके नागरिक होने की अपेक्षा भी है. अगर समाज में किसी अन्य को भी मारा जा रहा है तब भी आपकी चिंता होनी चाहिए.

अगर सिर्फ आपसे जुड़ी घटनाएं ही आपको परेशान करती हैं और अगर उन्हीं से आप आंदोलित होते हैं तो हाँ वेतन के अधिकारी आप जरूर हैं लेकिन आप लोकतंत्र के लाभ को ग्रहण करने के अधिकारी नहीं हैं. आप सरकार चुनेंगे सोमालिया वाली और एक्स्पेक्ट करेंगे US जैसी सिक्यूरिटी.

यही समस्या बैंकर्स, अध्यापकों, सरकारी कर्मचारियों, जहाँ तक की नौकरी की तैयारी कर रहे छात्रों में भी देखी जाती है. वे लोकतंत्र में हिस्सा तभी लेते हैं जब वे खुद पीड़ित हों, अन्य मामलों में उनका रुख दक्षिणपंथ के निकट होता है.

समाज ही अगर जौम्बी हो तो आपको अकेले, गोल घेरे में सुरक्षा नहीं मिल सकती.

सुरक्षा चाहिए तो स्वतन्त्र, प्रगतीशील, लोकतान्त्रिक, सेक्युलर विचारों को साल भर सपोर्ट करें, प्रतिदिन अन्य लोगों की पीड़ाओ और अधिकारों में भी अपनी संवेदना रखें. ना रखें तो कम से कम जब आपने मुंह से विचार रखें तो वे लोकतंत्र और समावेशी देश को सपोर्ट करने वाले हों.

एक ओपन विचार वाले समाज में ही आपकी सुरक्षा है. समाज और सरकार ही अगर सभ्य नहीं है तो आप न अस्पताल में सेफ हैं, न सड़क पर सेफ हैं, न घर में. जब अपराध दर पूरे देश में ही बढ़ी हुई है, तो आप कैसे ये सोच सकते हैं कि वह अपराध अस्पतालों में नही पहुचेगा.

आपके दो दिन के आंदोलनों और दो कानूनों से आपकी सुरक्षा नहीं हो सकती. बाकी देश की नहीं हुई तो आपकी कैसे हो जाएगी. पर हाँ लोकतान्त्रिक प्रक्रियाओं में सतत हिस्सा लेने से और प्रगतीशील पक्ष से अपनी सहानुभूति रखने से आप एक सुन्दर समावेशी और सुरक्षित देश बना सकते हैं. किसी ने कहा था, अगर किसी देश में एक भी आदमी असुरक्षित है तो पूरा देश असुरक्षित है. समाज सुरक्षित तो आप भी सुरक्षित, समाज अगर राक्षस है तो आप कैसे सेफ रह सकते हैं.

Hey @IndiGo6E @aairajairport i missed the flight from Rajkot to Delhi on 18th May 2023 due to mismanagement by indigo and Rajkot airport.I was made to pay 2500₹ extra and given connecting flights to Delhi. PNR- FTYKSQ. Hoping for best solution.

@IndiGo6E The irony is that I was at the airport on time. All staff were allowing other passengers in between to cross the check in queue. No assistance, anouncement, nothing. They called me only once at the last moment and told me that gates are closed.

@UIDAI I have requested for aadhar update online on 23rd December and it is still in verification stage and no further progress.This is pathetic from uidai.
