@RailwaySeva Serious concern regarding unauthorized vendors on trains. When I complained, IRCTC said they are local vendors, while RPF said it is handled by IRCTC. Most concerning, an RPF personnel questioned me: “Why are you calling RailMadad?”

Passengers have the right to complain.
