Dear vendors, customer service is part of the product. No matter what you sell, no matter the industry, professionalism should be your watchword.
You can sell the most valuable things, yet with a bad attitude, you'd lose people. Stand out by communicating clearly, delivering on time, and keeping promises made to customers.
Nothing ruins a good product faster than bad PR.
I WROTE elaborately in my book: Don’t Buy That House, how such folks con off plan buyers and how to avoid falling prey. I have done property due diligence for hundreds of property buyers and I can say Kenyans are pathetically gullible and have bespoke penchant for shortcuts when it comes to real estate.
Diaspora are the worst - entitled and all knowing yet clueless. No wonder there is gold rash by these companies to set up offices in foreign countries and as well do elaborate diaspora tours.
