Unpopular opinion: If you're a technical founder running an agency AND building products on the side, you're not 'spreading thin' — you're funding your own R&D.

Agency pays the bills. Products build the future. Both teach you things the other can't.

They care if it works, if it's on time, and if you pick up the phone.
