@AustinGeorgas@whop Why is your support team stealing personal funds? 🚩
I topped up my wallet with $1,150 using my own debit card. Your agent "Adam" just told me you are keeping the money and refused a refund.
This is theft, not "risk management." Give me my money back.
@cultured 🚨 SCAM WARNING: Whop is seizing personal user deposits.
I topped up $1,150 of my OWN money via card (not sales revenue). You banned the account and your support agent just emailed me: "They aren't getting refunded. This is final."
You are stealing personal capital.
@whop@whop_support is refusing to refund $1,150 of my OWN capital after banning my account.
Support says: "These payments... aren't getting refunded. This is final."
@cultured@Stripe does your policy allow platforms to steal user deposits?
I have been raising alarms about this months ago. please don’t ignore it. The market is shifting rapidly, with sea-to-air transshipment and positioning increasingly moving to neighboring countries. Many airlines are flying empty planes from our airports, which is a serious concern for our aviation and tourism industries. If we don’t act now, we risk losing a significant share of business and connectivity.
Of course, I am also losing business because of this. We need someone who can plan ahead far beyond just what is immediately visible to anticipate these changes and take proactive measures before it’s too late. Proper planning is needed in collaboration with @MACLmedia and @Portmv , bringing together insights from the past year’s experiences to develop a strategic way forward.
