@JustEatUK refused a refund for an item I did not receive! Absolutely appalling and given no explanation as to why. Never using this app again. @Deliveroo is so much simpler and they deal with issues promptly.
@SkyHelpTeam ASAP?! 3 weeks and still no sign of it being fixed😂 every time I call for an update I just get lied to. ‘They are completing the dig work today’ then the next phone call ‘they are awaiting for permission to do the dig work’ well which is it? Absolute joke.
@SkyHelpTeam 3 weeks tomorrow now with no internet. Supposed to have an update by yesterday but as usual it’s up to me to chase. Open reach supposedly need to do dig work but no sign of this being done.
@InPostUK still got 3 parcels that have been stuck in the sorting office since the 14th - absolute joke! I needed these items for my holiday tomorrow but they will be useless after that. Never known anything like this. You are useless!
@InPostUK@missscottyk Patient?! Why are you deflecting this situation on to us? It’s not acceptable to have to wait 2-3 weeks for a parcel which should take 2-3 days!! People have bought items for special occasions/holidays etc! You are not telling us what the issue is!!!!
