Today I screwed up, I missed an opportunity and worse I wasted someone's time. Instead of dwelling (eating) like usual, I took an idea from @gretchenrubin Happiness Project and cleared out a cupboard. A box is spare! I still feel bad, but I don't feel sad which is an improvement!
