@GWRHelp Sadly the staff asked us to complain, it isn’t due to availability it is a deliberate decision by the operator not to have crew on board serving snacks on this line. They are reducing the service.This line is rammed with people it passes through Oxford and needs refreshments

@GWRHelp everyone on board our trains between Evesham to paddington and back today were shocked that GWR has decided reduce crew for the snacks trolley for everyday punters, Only 1st class were being provided for during these long hot summer days. Deplorable customer service!

@thameswater 22 days and counting waiting for a leak in our village to be repaired. 100s of litres of drinking water cascading down the road, 3 empty promises for fixes and they have the nerve to send out this!

@thameswater This should help! I’ve lost count of the amount of times this info has been shared, numerous villagers have complained been promised dates of repairs. Absolutely zilch done about it. 24 days & counting the cost of wasted water. There will be no water ban here example set by you!

@thameswater I think you must be having a laugh at my expense! Just received an email about using water wisely! I reported a leak in the village on 5/6 & mains water is still cascading down our high street.That’s not setting a great example is it, no water ban welcome here😡

@thameswater So far it’s taken 20 days to plan the repair and counting. It’s believed to be entering people’s houses but heyho that’s obviously of no concern to Thames Water. Still the birds are enjoying their daily baths in the middle of the road

@thameswater Funnily enough that date has come and gone and no sign of a repair. It’s heartbreaking in a heatwave to see gallons of drinking water tumbling down the street for 20 days non stop!

@MartinSLewis @KemiBadenoch @GMB Sadly the only reason my son has accumulated an £82k student loan since he left uni in 2019 is because Martin Lewis was crowing about the benefits of the loan vs self funding in 2016 on daytime tv. The guilt we have is immeasurable, as we should have opted to pay his uni fees😌

@GWRHelp you have cancelled the 7.23 train from kingham and the email says I can use my first class ticket on the train running directly before, is this correct as I have witnessed people before being made to buy a new ticket? Many thanks
