@britishairways my wife and toddler turned up to the airport and the airline had not issued an E-ticket 4 days after booking it! they moved her on to the next flight, but they took over an hour to reissue the next ticket at which point she missed the next flight!!! DISGUSTING
@AllStrauss@afneil Dave - I follow your page. What do you think is the underlying reason for the pound currently rallying so strongly up almost 6.5% in the last month currently trading at 1.31 and was 1.14 when Rishi came in to office.
2/2 @DFS when you speak to their customer service desk they say - "you can complain but no one is going to come back to you, so you are wasting your time" you would think you are dealing with a dodgy scam!
1/2 @DFS have got to have the worst customer service in the world1 or close to it! when you put in an order and wait months for it to be cancelled on the day of delivery twice now!
