These people don't care. I wonder why they use ''Kenya power cares'' on their platform, while their customers are suffering. They keep asking for meter number and location. Very disappointing!

Do Kenya Power really Care? I have called the customer care Nyeri for more than 5 times since yesterday evening, and till now they have not taken any action. They keep saying they will come in an hour. Very frustrating!

seem to have some problems, output is there(when I test using tester ), but no light. It seems the meter doesnt give neutral output (it can't light a bulb at the meter output , yet there is live) . KINDLY ASSIST
