PhD Candidate in Computer Science. Reppin the 404.
Working on the next big cinematic universe in gaming. Codenamed Project Boltzmann
All opinions are my own
@barisakis I've done a few interesting things with hardware and gaming (got Tesla to run doom and play it with the steering wheel). My dissertation work was centered around neuro-rehabilitative gaming in VR (via redirected walking) as well, and I'm working on my own title!
DM?
@elonmusk is playing doom and making games for my model three a sign because that would be one down

(though my dissertation research is in vr redirected walking which can have astro-training applications, with ML based redirection)
@elonmusk I just played DOOM with my Model 3's steering wheel and am making my own version of Crazy Taxi for it, I can't wait for my next console purchase!!!

@thomasbrushdev Mouse PI so far. Don't know how indie it's considered, but it isn't going to be a 10/10 for me. Solid 8, could adjust by the time I beat it.
@KyleDGamedev I plan on doing my own art, as hard as it will get. I've changed my assets a few times after practicing one thing or another, or just following a tutorial.
Stardew's assets changed a lot according to dev stories.
This is supposed to mimic the Jurassic Park Arcade Game. The multiplayer aspect will be players with their shooters, the camera will run consistent along the track. Points earned for targets shot.
Part of my game codenamed Project Boltzmann!
A Game About Everything.

@Dadbod_Games (2/2) When I put the voxel model in, I simply dropped it onto the prefab. Just plug & play. I have different character controller scripts, and based off of level-specific constraints, I use scriptable objects (ex: car moving on XY axis vs just X). Many levels, many aesthetics!
Progression of a rapidly prototyped level for my WarioWare like game codenamed Project Boltzmann. First 3D/Voxel level. Far from done!

@Dadbod_Games Not bad. I have all my 2D characters in microgames controlled around 3D logic. The client-side prediction controller was originally made for 3D CharControllers included in Unity, but I found that bad so I wrote my own that works for both.
Some 2D, some 3D (1/2)
We just made our first devlog on Spirit of Phuji! It would mean a lot if you watch it, YouTube link will be in the comments.

@notch@Cleeeave@SmashJT Scripting minigames via MC is what propelled me to make games/use them in my PhD. I'll be buying this ASAP.
Send me a build? I can probably make it playable via car controls. I just did it with Doom, and I'm working on something to see full functionality. Also living in TX.
