@Target @AskTarget @TargetNews @HP I went on https://t.co/yE1VUU4F54 and purchased their HP 14 laptop w/ only 4GB of ram for school. Within 8 days of my purchase, the computer began to crash. HP said they don’t sell anything below 8 GB of ram bc they r defective and will crash.

Target said I had to return the computer to get a refund. They would send me a small discount for my trouble. The issue is target continues to sell defective devices. I have school starting in 2 weeks and can’t afford a different laptop. Not cool target! #customerexperience

I was supposed to pick up a loaner from dealership once car was towed to them. I could have picked up a shift at my job at this point so now I’m out of money, don’t have a loaner yet and furious. @LibertyMutual I’d like a refund for the tow. This is why people schedule this stuff
